Honey Mustard Soy Glazed Sockeye

There’s something special about bringing a piece of Bristol Bay to your kitchen, a reminder of where your meal begins. This Honey Mustard Soy Glazed Salmon is a simple and flavorful way to celebrate wild-caught sockeye salmon. The glaze, made from everyday ingredients like honey, mustard, and soy sauce, transforms as it cooks, turning glossy, golden, and irresistibly aromatic. The sockeye soaks up that balance of sweet and savory with just a gentle hint of spice. Finished with scallions and sesame seeds, it’s a dish that feels both nourishing and a little indulgent. Serve it over steamed rice or next to your favorite seasonal greens, and let the pure flavor of wild Alaska salmon take center stage.
