Our salmon is harvested from the salty seas of Bristol Bay every summer by our small team of devoted fishermen. Because our salmon is wild-caught, the size of sockeye varies from year to year. Average fillet weights for this year's catch are 1.5 lbs per fillet, with an expected possible range of 1-2lb per fillet.
