For many families, the idea of cooking dinner can be an exhausting task itself. The planning behind thawing, prepping, cooking and dishing up dinner gets overwhelming - which is right about when that boxed pasta or frozen TV dinner starts to pop into your brain. Unfortunately, when it comes to nourishing yourself and your family with clean, natural and healthy meals - those two options arenāt going to cut it!Ā
Luckily, this Easy Sweet + Smoky recipe is one that can be prepped, cooked and ready to eat in less than 30 minutes - and is loaded with flavor and nutrition!
All thatās needed for this dish is a thawed wild Alaskan salmon fillet (we know where to find one of those), a few of your favorite seafood spices or dry rub (we recommend Seattle chef Tom Douglasā Rub With Love Salmon Rub - a fan favorite!), some butter, and an oven. Thatās it!
Whether youāre cooking for the entire extended family with a giant, restaurant-grade oven and need to quadruple the recipe or are cooking for two in a tiny convection oven - youāll be enjoying this meal in no-time!

Combine paprika, brown sugar and thyme into small bowl; set aside
