Naturally red in color from its diet of wild ocean shrimp and krill, our salmon is free from any additives or chemicals and is processed within hours of catch. Each fillet or portion is flash frozen, individually sealed and transported so that it maintains the same premium quality and delicious flavor from our nets to your table!

It's back! As a popular add-on during last year's club pick-up, we decided to bring back our Halibut offering in a 5lb or 10lb case option.   Enjoy this mild white fish with a firm texture, in a variety of cooking applications.

Our frozen Halibut portions average size of 8oz make it a perfect hearty dinner option.

Each 5LB case will have between 9-12 portions.

Each 10LB case will have between 18-24 portions.

Each portion serves 1 person.
