The Bristol Bay sockeye salmon fishing season is underway with over 18 million sockeye salmon already harvested. Matt Luck and his crew are working day and night (whenever the Alaska Department of Fish & Game gives them an “opener”) to harvest your fish. The fishing season will begin to wrap up next week, and soon after Pride of Bristol Bay’s salmon will be sent out on barges for distribution this fall.
